Yoga is FREE for our service members, veterans, spouses, and their families, as well as first responders and medical support professionals. All ages are welcome! We'd love to have you join us weekly for this amazing time.
CW yoga instructors are a minimum of 200 hr. certified instructors with additional training in trauma-conscious teaching methods.

Please bring a mat, block, strap and water and you'll be all set! Don't forget comfortable clothing for stretching and we'll see you then!
