For those who are interested in restaurant careers, VANC is offering a four-week Veterans & Friends Prep Cooking Class. Participants will get a comprehensive introduction to the culinary arts and will have the opportunity to test for the ServSafe Certificate. Class size is limited to 10.
The class length is 4 weeks.
Monday through Thursday from 6 pm to 9 pm.
Classes are limited to 10 students.
Classes are held at local restaurants as well as ‘Hands On’ in the VANC commercial kitchen .
